Though Chinese cuisine is divided into a different style based on geography area, this easy dish crosses boundaries, and every Chinese family cooks this dish.
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs Beaten
- 3 Medium Size Tomato
- 2 tbsp Bacon Grease (Or Butter)
- 1/4 + 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp MSG
- 1/4 tsp White Pepper Powder (Optional)
- Green Onion to Taste
Serving: 3 People
Instructions:
Step 1
Beat the eggs and add 1/4 tsp salt to the eggs. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.

Step 2
Melting the bacon grease or butter with medium heat, then add eggs. Stir after the egg liquid starts to firm.

Step 3
Add tomatoes before the eggs turn brown. Stir occasionally until the tomatoes are softened and juice is coming out from the tomatoes.

Step 4
Add 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp msg. I like to add some white pepper powder. Stir the spices with food evenly, then serve.

Step 5
Sprinkle some chopped green onion on the dish. Serve with rice.

A Different Try:
For health reasons, I eat this dish with quinoa instead of white rice.
